Our Story

After losing his father at the age of 5, his mother, wanting a better life for her son, immigrated them to Southern Oregon. At an early age his family encouraged him to pursue a career as a lawyer or doctor like many of his other family members. But all that changed when he was 15, and got a job as a dishwasher at a local restaurant. Going against the grain, Flavio decided that FOOD was where his passion sparked. After 27 years of training, creating and drawing from his roots, Flavio perfected his menu with the big, bold, dynamic Latin flavors that his customers love and adore today. With the help of his wife Paola & his 4 children at his side, he went from dishwasher to dedicated business owner here in the Rogue Valley.
